Hatem Shammout

Hatem Shammout is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information management and business support across various organizations. Currently a Business Support Officer at UNRWA since January 2021 and an Information Management Specialist at IBTCI since January 2019, Hatem has a proven track record in conducting Data Quality Assessments and developing performance management systems for USAID projects. Previously, Hatem served in roles such as National Technical Expert for UNESCO, Performance Management Consultant for USAID, and Regional ICT4P Manager at IRC, focusing on enhancing information systems within health and education sectors. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Al-Zaytoonah University, Hatem has continuously contributed to training and development initiatives throughout a diverse career that began in 2003.
