Pierre Maury

Pierre Maury has extensive experience in the field of game development. Pierre is currently employed as a Senior Gameplay Engineer at UNSEEN Inc. starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at CyberConnect2 Co.,Ltd as a Senior Programmer from February 2020 to October 2022, where they worked on projects such as "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba - The Hinokami Chronicles" and "Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot." Pierre focused on platform packaging, automation, and performance optimization.

Before their role at CyberConnect2 Co.,Ltd, Pierre worked at DONTNOD Entertainment as an AI & Gameplay Programmer from May 2016 to December 2019, contributing to the development of "Life is Strange 2." Pierre was responsible for creating believable behaviors for AI companion characters.

Pierre also gained experience at Streum On Studio as a Game Programmer from October 2014 to April 2016, where they worked on "Warhammer 40K Space Hulk: Deathwing." Their responsibilities included programming NPC behavior and navigation, designing and implementing game mechanics, and optimizing CPU and memory consumption.

Prior to that, Pierre held positions at Sundry Games, Serious Factory, Tindalos Interactive, F4 Group, OCCAM Financial Technology, and Glyndwr University, where they gained experience in programming roles ranging from main programming to FX programming, C++ programming, Unity3D - C# programming, and internship experience in C# & Managed DirectX programming.

Pierre Maury began their education in 2005 at Université Henri Poincaré, Nancy 1, where they pursued a degree in Computer Sciences. Pierre completed their studies in 2007 and obtained a DUT degree in the field.

Following this, from 2007 to 2010, Pierre attended UTBM to pursue an Engineering Degree with a focus on Computer Sciences.

In 2012, Pierre Maury received additional certifications from Microsoft. Pierre obtained the MS .NET Framework - Application Develop Foundation certification as well as the Web Apps Development with MS .NET Framework 4 certification.
