Justine Torris

Justine Torris currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at Unseenlabs, starting in February 2024. Prior to this role, Justine held various positions at Klaxoon from November 2017 to February 2024, including Senior Customer Success Manager and Team Leader, overseeing a team in the EMEA region and managing key accounts to drive client success and growth. Justine's experience spans across several companies, including roles as Marketing Manager at COBOL-IT, and Marketing and Commercial Manager at Annapurna, showcasing a strong background in lead generation, client relationship management, and strategic marketing. Earlier experience includes improving customer experiences at Club Med in Italy. Justine holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from HEC Montréal, a Master's in International Business from Maastricht University, and a Master's in Marketing and Management of Services from SDA Bocconi.
