Brian S. Raymond has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Brian S. is currently the Founder/CEO of unstructured.io, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Primer.ai as the Vice President, Global Public Sector from June 2018 to March 2022. Brian S. also has experience in investment banking, having worked at Harris Williams & Co. as an Investment Banker from July 2016 to June 2018. Additionally, Brian has worked at prestigious organizations such as The White House and the Central Intelligence Agency. At The White House, they served as the National Security Council Director for Iraq, advising top government officials on foreign policy matters related to Iraq, ISIL, and the Middle East from June 2014 to July 2015. Before that, they worked as an Intelligence Officer at the Central Intelligence Agency from June 2009 to June 2014.

Brian S. Raymond obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Davis in the years 2003 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Political Science and Government from the same institution from 2008 to 2010. In 2010 to 2011, they attended the Central Intelligence Agency's Sherman Kent School for Intelligence Analysis, where they focused on Intelligence Analysis. Later on, from 2015 to 2017, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
