Jennifer Frederick has over 25 years of work experience in client relationship management, marketing, and direct response advertising. Jennifer began their career in 1994 as a Production Assistant at National Direct Marketing, where they eventually rose to become a Senior Account Executive. In 2000, they joined XO Communications as the Direct Response Advertising Manager, where they were responsible for developing and executing XO's first national direct response advertising campaign to small businesses. In 2003, they moved to Olson Kotowski, Inc. as a Senior Account Manager - Account Director, where they managed integrated direct response programs for the Intuit account. In 2005, they joined The Kern Organization (an Omnicom company) as an Account Director, where they directed acquisition program strategy for multiple clients. In 2010, they joined ConvergeDirect as a Vice President and Account Strategist, where they supervised a team of fourteen ROI-driven media planners/buyers, program managers, and business analysts responsible for a $135M media budget. In 2015, they became a Resume Writer and Job Search Consultant, where they specialized in marketing resumes and job experience that included a gap due to stay-at-home parenting or other caregiving. In 2018, they joined Untapped Potential Inc. as a Client Relationship Director and Career Re-launch Advisor, where they facilitated the development and return-to-work of top talent who opted out of the workforce for caregiving or other reasons. Jennifer also served as a Client Relationship Manager and Career Advisor, where they were responsible for event operations, candidate resume building, and interview prep.
Jennifer Frederick has a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications with a focus in Journalism/Communications from the University of Florida. Jennifer is currently enrolled in the Fearless Leader Program, a 8 week Leadership Course, and is expected to complete it in 2022.
