Martin Hoffmann has a diverse work experience. Martin started their career in 2002 as an Officer in the Bundeswehr, serving until 2018. After that, they worked for World Tour as a Traveler from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Martin is the Head of Human Resources at Unternehmensgruppe UKA Umweltgerechte Kraftanlagen, a position they started in October 2021. Before that, they held the role of Project Manager at the same company from 2019 to 2021.
Martin Hoffmann completed their education at Bundeswehr University Munich from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften (business administration). In 2016, they enrolled at Hochschule Mittweida and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2018.

Die UKA-Gruppe hat rund 880 Mitarbeiter und ist in Europa, Nord- und Südamerika aktiv. Als Vollentwickler deckt UKA die komplette Wertschöpfungskette ab und betreibt Wind- und Solarparks auch selbst. Das 1999 gegründete Unternehmen ist einer der führenden deutschen Projektentwickler und hat derzeit in Deutschland eine Projektpipeline Wind Onshore von rund 1,8 Gigawatt im Genehmigungsverfahren. Auch international ist UKA in den letzten Jahren stark gewachsen. Die aktuelle Projektpipeline der UKA-Gruppe für Wind- und Solarprojekte umfasst mittlerweile mehr als 14 Gigawatt.
