Dr. Kerstin Joos

Dr. Kerstin Joos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in legal and innovation management, currently serving as the Head of Legal R&D and Kuka Digital Partner Management at KUKA AG since April 2015. Additionally, Dr. Joos has been a Startup Coach at UnternehmerTUM since March 2021 and previously worked as Patent Counsel and Innovation Manager at KUKA Roboter GmbH from February 2011 to March 2015. Consulting for the automotive industry at the University of Augsburg from February 2006 to February 2011 further enriched Dr. Joos's expertise. Academically, Dr. Joos holds a Doctor of Law from the University of Augsburg and has completed degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Robotics and Automation Engineering from Steinbeis-Hochschule, an Executive MBA from the Technical University of Munich, and participated in the International Modules of the Executive MBA in Innovation and Business Creation at the University of California, Berkeley.
