Niclas-Alexander Mauss

Niclas-Alexander Mauss is a co-founder of CIRCULAR REPUBLIC and UnternehmerTUM, where efforts are focused on promoting circular economies and supporting startups in their transition. At UnternehmerTUM, Mauss established and managed the TUM Entrepreneurial Masterclass, successfully building the program to include 100 fellows annually. A management associate at Lorenz GmbH & Co. KG, Mauss is deeply engaged in strategic and operational aspects of the company. Previous roles include doctoral researcher and team lead in sustainability at the Technical University of Munich, where Mauss led circular economy initiatives and contributed to significant funding achievements. Mauss holds a Dr.-Ing. in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Circular Economy, along with a Master of Science and other advanced qualifications obtained from prestigious institutions.
