Maria Filtser

Maria Filtser is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at Untether AI since July 2024, Maria previously held various positions at Peraso Inc. from 2016 to June 2024, including Team Lead for the Design Platform and Senior Staff Engineer. Earlier roles included Software Developer at Prism Valuation from 2010 to 2016, where Maria focused on process redesign and production services, and Software Developer at MRV Communications from 2007 to 2009, involving code quality improvements and feature development. Maria began a career at Zoran as a CAD Engineer from 2004 to 2006, contributing to cost-saving automation tools.
