Stephen Szklarz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Stephen started their career as an intern at Tremco Inc. in 2006 and then worked as an intern at RPM International Inc. in 2007. In 2010, they were a sales intern at Rubber City Radio Group.

Later, Stephen joined Augies Pizza in 2003, where they eventually became a manager and oversaw store operations and employee training until 2012.

From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a marketing assistant and sales associate at Medina Creative Housing, where they focused on sales, prospecting, writing and designing marketing materials, and collaborating with various suppliers for promotional events.

In 2012, Stephen joined OEConnection (OEC) as an Account Representative for the PartsBrokerDirect Rep program, achieving enrollment goals for GM, Ford, and Chrysler. Stephen was later promoted to a Sr. Account Services Representative, where they analyzed usage data, provided e-commerce technology recommendations to automotive dealership customers, and presented products at conferences in 2017.

In 2019, Stephen joined Onosys as a Sr. Client Success Manager, specializing in client success management.

Currently, Stephen is employed at Untie Nots as a Customer Success Manager, a role they assumed in 2023.

Stephen Szklarz attended Padua Franciscan High School from 2002 to 2006. Stephen then pursued their higher education at The University of Akron from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a B.A.T. degree in Business and Organizational Communications with a focus on Public Relations.
