Philipp Fichtinger

Philipp Fichtinger has diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles in finance, controlling, and human resources.

Their most recent position is as Head of Finance at Untis GmbH starting from May 2021. In this role, they are responsible for all financial matters such as budget planning, forecasting, reporting, analysis, financial statements, auditing, accounting, payroll, payment transactions, and liquidity management.

Prior to that, Philipp worked at Bosch from 2017 to 2021, where they held multiple roles. Philipp served as a Manager for Financial & Sales Controlling from February 2020 to April 2021. Before that, they were a Financial Controller from November 2018 to January 2020. Philipp also completed the Junior Managers Program from January 2017 to November 2018.

Earlier in their career, Philipp worked as a Controller at SK Rapid from August 2014 to November 2016. Philipp gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at NÖ Landesgesundheitsagentur from February 2013 to July 2013.

Their earliest recorded work experience was as a Test Engineer at Continental from July 2008 to September 2011.

Philipp Fichtinger's education history begins with their graduation from HTL Hollabrunn in 2007, where they obtained a Matura degree in Elektronik - Technische Informatik. Following this, they attended IMC Krems from 2011 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Unternehmensführung und E-Business Management. During their time as a bachelor's student, they also had an abroad semester at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts in 2012-2013, studying Business Administration.

After completing their bachelor's degree, Philipp went on to pursue a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Management - Controlling at IMC Krems, which they attained in 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Philipp has also obtained several certifications. In January 2014, they achieved the IELTS certification from the British Council IELTS. Later, in May 2017, they became a Junior Projektmanager IPMA Level D certified by the International Project Management Association (IPMA). Philipp continued to enhance their skills by obtaining certifications in Moderation und Kommunikation from MODERATIO® Seifert & Partner Unternehmensberater in January 2018 and HR-Manager from ÖPWZ in November 2018.
