Rose Twagiramariya

Rose Twagiramariya is an accomplished professional with extensive experience and finely honed abilities in project and program management, specifically with regards human capital development. Her expertise includes successfully identifying corporate training needs, creating learning programs, and implementing e-learning strategies.

Rose recently served as a global program lead within the Training and Development department and Rwanda Training Lead at the One Acre Fund. Rose holds bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Public relations from Western Kentucky University and a MA in Public Diplomacy from the University of Southern California.
