Cate Kiarie

Cate Kiarie began their work experience in 2012 as a Program Manager at Naitera Community Empowerment Programme. Cate held this role from March 2012 until October 2013. In 2015, they joined CARE for AIDS, Inc. and took on multiple roles. Cate started as a Project Officer-Empowerment in January 2018. Prior to this, they were an Assistant Empowerment Coordinator and a Project Officer Empowerment, both starting in July 2015.

Cate Kiarie pursued their education in a chronological order. Cate first attended Daystar University from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Diploma in Counselling Psychology, specializing in Counselling Psychology. Following this, they enrolled again at Daystar University from 2008 to 2010 and completed their degree in Community Development, focusing on Community Involvement. Finally, from 2017 to 2020, Cate pursued a Master's degree in Development Studies at St Paul's University, emphasizing in Community Development.
