Aleksander Zenkiewicz

Aleksander Zenkiewicz has a diverse background in the legal and compliance field. Aleksander started their career in 2013 as a Legal Trainee at Kancelaria Adwokacka Krzysztof Komorowski. Aleksander then worked as a Legal Consultant at the Law Clinic at Warsaw University before becoming a Legal Intern at Pramerica Życie TUiR SA in 2014. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Compliance Analyst at the same company. Zenkiewicz joined Unum Życie TUiR S.A. in 2018 as a Senior Compliance Analyst and later took on the roles of Attorney-at-law and Head of Compliance. In these positions, they provided comprehensive legal and compliance advisory services to the company, managed the compliance team, and represented the company in various regulatory proceedings. Zenkiewicz also played a key role in risk management, product governance, and implementing ethical programs.

Aleksander Zenkiewicz began their education in 2010 at the University of Warsaw, where they pursued a Magister degree in Prawo (Law) until 2015. In 2016, they attended the Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych w Warszawie, where they completed an Aplikant program until 2018. In 2019, Aleksander returned to the Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych w Warszawie to obtain a Radca Prawny degree, which is currently ongoing. In terms of additional certifications, in 2018, they obtained an ALMI (Associate, Life Management Institute) certification from LOMA, and in 2021, they acquired an FLMI (Fellow Life Management Institute) certification, also from LOMA.

In terms of postgraduate education, Aleksander will pursue a Postgraduate Degree in Risk management in financial institutions at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2023 to 2024.
