Carla Riley, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in medical and benefit operations, primarily at Unum since June 2013, where roles have included Assistant Vice President of Medical Operations and Director of Long Term Disability Benefits. In these positions, Carla has managed a significant inventory of disability claims and engaged in high-level risk management activities while possessing deep knowledge of financial risk and regulatory requirements. Carla's previous experience includes teaching English as a Second Language at Qkids, tutoring in economics and finance at Bentley University, and various internships in financial analysis, property management, and corporate recruiting. Carla holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University.
