Gerald Jones II has extensive experience in talent development and education, currently serving as Lead of Talent Development Programs at Unum since September 2017. In this role, Gerald has progressed through various positions, including Sr. Talent Development Program Manager, Digital Learning Developer, Learning Consultant, and Leave Specialist. Prior to Unum, Gerald worked as a teacher at Chattanooga Charter School of Excellence from August 2015 to July 2017 and at Rutherford County Schools in Tennessee from August 2014 to May 2015. Gerald holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from Middle Tennessee State University, earned between 2012 and 2014.
