Harish Arashanapalli

Harish Arashanapalli is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the VP of Technology at Unum since March 2023. As the Founder of HariKripa LLC since January 2020, Harish has also held significant roles in major organizations, including Leader of Digital Transformation and Data Strategy at Virtusa from July 2021 to March 2023, and Vice President of Technology at Equifax from October 2016 to October 2019, where responsibilities included consulting and implementations as well as data and analytics platforms. Previous experience includes positions as Enterprise Architect at United Health Group and Principal Consultant at Hewlett-Packard. Harish began the professional journey as a Senior Consultant at eFunds from 2001 to 2004. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Computer Applications and a Bachelor's in Science with a focus on Mathematics and Computer Science from Osmania University.
