Jillian Varney has extensive experience in client implementations and onboarding, currently serving as an Onboarding Experience Consultant at Unum since October 2015. In this role, Jillian collaborates with clients, brokers, technology partners, the Unum sales team, and various internal partners to ensure successful new business implementations and a positive client experience. Prior to Unum, Jillian worked at Bank of America from January 2006 to October 2015, holding positions such as Market Specialist, Teller Operations Specialist, Sales and Service Specialist, and Senior Teller. Jillian is an alumnus of Liberty University.
