Joey Mastropietro

Joey Mastropietro is an accomplished data analytics professional with extensive experience in leading high-performing teams and developing impactful analytics solutions. Since May 2017, Joey has served as the Director of Data Analytics (Growth Journey) at Unum, where leadership of a skilled team has resulted in the creation of advanced dashboards and workflows utilizing Tableau and Alteryx. Prior roles at Unum include Product Owner of Data Analytics, focusing on Data & Reporting Strategy, and HR Data Analytics & Insights Consultant. Before joining Unum, Joey was the Director of the IT Recruiting Division at Green Key Resources, a national executive staffing firm, and worked as an Account Manager at an IT recruiting and staffing company. Joey holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida, earned between 2002 and 2007.
