Kayla Harkins

Kayla Harkins has a diverse background in various roles, ranging from Quality Control Assistant to Director Benefit Operations. At Unum, Kayla currently holds the title of Director Benefit Operations and has previous experience as a Disability Management Specialist and Lead Disability Benefits Specialist. Prior to Unum, Kayla worked at Hamilton Medical Center as a Master Patient Index Specialist, where Kayla implemented a new patient record database and developed related policies and procedures. Before that, Kayla was an EDI Specialist at HeatMax, where Kayla handled electronic orders, resolved system issues, and managed tax documents. Kayla's educational background includes a Masters of Public Health in Informatics from the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University.
