Kim Bolton has extensive experience in leadership development and underwriting management, currently serving as AVP of Executive Development and Learning Business Partners at Unum since June 2002. Previous roles at Unum include AVP of Leadership Development, Program Director of Leadership Development, Director of Staffing, Director of Underwriting Policies & Procedures and Training, Underwriting Policy & Procedures Consultant, and Chief Underwriter. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Underwriting Policies & Procedures at Cigna Healthcare and as Senior Underwriting Consultant at Provident Life and Accident Insurance Company. Kim Bolton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
