Laurie Mitchell

Laurie Mitchell, RDN, currently serves as the AVP of Global Wellbeing & Health at Unum, where responsibilities include designing, delivering, and managing wellbeing initiatives for over 10,000 employees and their families in the U.S. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Health & Productivity at MaineHealth, supervising health benefits strategy and population health programs for more than 17,000 employees. Laurie also held the position of Health Promotion Manager at PSEG and worked as Program Manager in the Division of Cardiology and Manager of the Nutrition Center at Beth Israel Medical Center. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Hanley Health Leadership Development, a Dietetic Internship from New York-Presbyterian Hospital, and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from the University of Maine.
