Michael Martineau

Michael Martineau is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and analytics. Currently serving as a Senior BI Analyst in Customer Experience Analytics at Unum since November 2025, Michael previously held multiple roles at Arkatechture from February 2021 to November 2025, including Service Delivery Lead, Senior BI Data Analyst, and Business Intelligence Analyst. Prior to this, Michael worked as a Senior Consultant at Artlin Consulting and spent eight years as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard. Michael holds a Master of Science in Applied Analytics from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology and Chemistry from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
