Rafael Rivas

Rafael Rivas is an experienced operations support analyst with a strong background in IT infrastructure and management. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Support Analyst at Unum since February 2022, Rafael previously held the position of Microsoft 365 Team Lead at Hexalinks Solutions Inc. from January 2018 to February 2022, where responsibilities included managing installed systems and infrastructure. Additional roles include IT Infrastructure Analyst at Avanade, IT Operations Specialist at Shaw Industries, and various co-op positions that focused on system support and process improvement. Rafael holds a Master of Business Administration from Shorter University and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, alongside an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Dalton State College.
