Wendy Harlan

Wendy Harlan has extensive legal experience in the corporate sector, currently serving as AVP and Managing Counsel for Investments at Unum since 2014, after a previous role as AVP and Senior Counsel. Prior to Unum, Wendy was Associate General Counsel at IDEXX Laboratories from 2006 to 2014. Wendy's career began at Bernstein Shur, where Wendy worked as a Shareholder from 1996 to 2006, and included a position as an Analyst at Cambridge Economics, Inc. from 1991 to 1993. Wendy holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Russian Studies from Wellesley College, and a Junior Year Abroad degree in Economic History with a focus on Russian from the University of Bristol.
