Alberto di Bella

Alberto Di Bella is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as Maitre at UNVRS since April 2025. Prior to this role, Alberto worked as a Night Manager at Pacha Group from April 2022 to April 2025 and as Director of Food & Beverage at Hotel MiM Ibiza from March 2018 to May 2022, where responsibilities included managing suppliers, purchases, budgets, quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. Alberto also held the position of Assistant Director at Sankeys Ibiza from April 2011 to November 2017, focusing on staff selection, stock control, and maintaining order during operations.
