Liza Bellulo

Liza Bellulo has extensive experience in legal and regulatory roles, currently serving as Maître des requêtes at the Conseil d'État since January 2017, with responsibilities in financial and contentious sections. Concurrently, Liza is the Secretary General at Bouygues Telecom, overseeing legal affairs, regulatory matters, corporate responsibility, and compliance. Liza has held significant positions such as Vice-President and President at the Fédération Française des Télécoms, and Rapporteur at the Commission de régulation de l'énergie. Previous roles include legal advisor at the Secrétariat général des affaires européennes and Chief of Staff for the President of the Autorité de la concurrence. Liza holds an ENA degree, an MBA from ESSEC Business School, and is currently pursuing an executive certificate at HEC Paris in Data for Managers.
