Ai Min Tan

Ai Min Tan has extensive work experience in the field of compliance and audit. Their most recent position is as Director of Compliance at UOB Kay Hian, a role they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, Ai Min served as the Deputy Head of Group Compliance at the same company starting in November 2011. They have also held positions at OCBC Bank, Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, ABN AMRO, UOB Kay Hian (in a previous role), and KPMG. Ai Min's roles in these companies ranged from Assistant Vice President to Manager and Audit Senior.

Ai Min Tan attended Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
