Joanne Yee

Joanne Yee has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Joanne currently holds the position of VP, Continuing Sponsorship at UOB Kay Hian since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as an AVP, Continuing Sponsorship at the same company from January 2020.

Before joining UOB Kay Hian, Joanne worked at Xandar Capital Pte Ltd, where they held the role of AVP, Corporate Finance from June 2015 to December 2018. Joanne also worked at Genting Berhad as a Manager, Strategic Investment for a brief period from January 2015 to May 2015.

Joanne began their career at AmInvestment Bank Berhad (Malaysia) where they worked as a Manager, Corporate Finance from January 2012 to October 2014. Their responsibilities included preparing and reviewing pitching slides, announcements, and submission documents for corporate exercises, as well as coordinating with various professionals to ensure the smooth implementation of deals.

Joanne started their professional journey at PwC, where they worked as a Senior Associate from June 2009 to December 2011.

Joanne Yee obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universiti Malaya, which they completed from 2005 to 2009. Joanne also received a certification from the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) in the year 2013.
