Anshu Sharma

Anshu Sharma has a diverse work experience in various technology-related roles. Anshu is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Uolo.com since 2022. Prior to this, Anshu was the Head of Engineering at The Economic Times from 2019 to 2022. During their tenure, they played a significant role in driving user engagement and managing a large user base.

Before joining The Economic Times, Anshu worked at Amazon as an Engineering Leader from 2016 to 2019. Anshu led the architecture and design of Amazon's data collection framework and played a crucial role in enabling global registration for sellers. Additionally, they interviewed over 300 candidates as a Bar Raiser.

Earlier in their career, Anshu worked at hCentive, Inc. as a Sr. Technical Architect and Sr. Engineering Manager from 2010 to 2016. Anshu managed a team of 40 engineers and led the development of hCentive's Health Insurance Exchange platform for several state exchanges.

Anshu's work experience also includes their role as a Team Lead at AGNITY, Inc. from 2006 to 2010. Anshu contributed to the product ideation and requirement gathering of the Nasdaq trading platform and led the design and development of the intraday trading platform.

Anshu Sharma completed the Executive Program in Management and Leadership at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Anshu Sharma also obtained a certification in Leading Innovative Change from UC Berkeley Executive Education in June 2020.
