Jason Halstead has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jason is currently the Founder of Uome, a business that aims to empower small businesses and individuals by providing tools for transparent interactions with clients and secure payment management.
Prior to Uome, Jason co-founded Code Untapped in 2018 and served as both the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer.
In 2019, they founded SUMGROUP LTD.
Jason has also worked at major financial institutions, including HSBC as a Senior Business Analyst from 2015 to 2020, Credit Suisse as a Software Engineer from 2010 to 2015, Goldman Sachs as a Software Engineer from 2005 to 2008, and Merrill Lynch as a Software Engineer from 1999 to 2005.
Jason Halstead earned their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics from Queen Mary University of London from 1993 to 1996. Jason later pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Brunel University London, which they completed from 1996 to 1998.
