Gustavo Issao Kawaguti

Gustavo Issao Kawaguti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and business management. Currently serving as a senior consultant at UON Consulting since January 2017, Gustavo specializes in planning and overseeing technical inspections and property evaluations, providing expert opinions and reports for real estate transactions. Prior to this role, Gustavo was the general manager at Limpeza com Zelo, where responsibilities included contract administration and customer engagement, as well as technical oversight for commercial proposals. At OEC from 2008 to 2015, Gustavo held various managerial positions, including commercial manager and cost control engineer, overseeing significant infrastructure projects in Angola and Brazil. Gustavo holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Paulista, earned between 2001 and 2006.
