Michele Wink

Michele Wink is CEO of UP Professional Solutions with more than 25 years of petrochemical staffing industry experience.

Michele began her career with the family businesses in 1992. She is a second generation owner of the Company originally founded by her Father, Joseph Wink, Jr. in 1972. Prior to her appointment as President in 2005, Michele served as the Director of Finance for both Wink Engineering and UP Professional Solutions. Today, she is the majority owner of the Company.

She serves on the Board of Directors of UP and on the National Forum of the Women’s Enterprise Business Council (WBENC). She is also a member of the Women’s Presidents Organization (WPO). Her community involvement includes sitting on the Executive Board of the Kenny Vaccaro Foundation and supporting the United Way’s Southeast Louisiana Women’s Leadership Council.

Michele received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of New Orleans in 1986 and her CPA license in 1989. She has successfully completed the UCLA Anderson School of Management program for the Development of Entrepreneurs and the TUCK-WBENC Executive Program.
