Carmen Maqueira

Carmen Maqueira has extensive work experience in the customer service and financial planning sectors. Carmen began their career at Up Sí Vale in 2001 as a Call Center Team Lead, and later worked as the Head of Customer Service from 2017 to 2023. In between, they held the position of Subdirector Afiliación at Sí Vale from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Financial Planner Mass Retail at Skandia México in 2010 and as an Ejecutivo de cuentas corporativas at Ixe Grupo Financiero from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, Carmen currently holds the role of CXO - Chief Experience Officer at Up Sí Vale starting from April 2022.

Carmen Maqueira has a Licenciatura in Administración de empresas from Universidad Latinoamericana, S.C. Carmen completed a Diplomado en Innovación in 2019 at Universidad Anáhuac, focusing on Business Innovation. Carmen also holds a Máster CX - Customer Experience in Marketing from OBS Business School. In 2022, they pursued another Diplomado at Universidad Anáhuac, this time in Fintech. Additionally, Carmen obtained a certification in Fintech from Anáhuac Online in December 2022.
