Dale Penny

Dale Penny served as the President and CEO of Up with People, a global education organization dedicated to advancing global understanding and inspiring young people to be leaders of social change through international travel and community service. Prior to this role, Dale served as the President and CEO of the Student Conservation Association for 17 years. Dale also held the position of President and COO at Up with People from 1991 to 1995. Dale studied Social Science Teacher Education at Texas A&M University-Commerce, earning a Bachelor of Science degree.
