Rebecca Dicker has extensive experience in marketing and has held various senior roles in different companies. Rebecca is currently the Marketing Director at UP3, where they are responsible for defining and executing the marketing strategy. Prior to that, they were the Senior Marketing Manager at Xceptor, where they developed and executed the global marketing strategy. Rebecca also worked at Cisco as the EMEA Senior Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Manager EMEAR, where they developed and executed multi-channel campaigns and worked on digital marketing strategies. Rebecca has also worked as the Senior B2B Marketing Manager at Lumesse, B2C Marketing Manager at Lloyds Banking Group, and in various freelance roles as a Senior Account Director and Account Director at different agencies. Rebecca's experience spans across demand generation, sales enablement, content strategy, and marketing automation.

Rebecca Dicker holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Consumer Psychology from London Metropolitan University. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in 2020.
