Lucy Thompson

Lucy Thompson currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at UPA of NSW Ltd since February 2022. With a diverse background in healthcare, Lucy has held key positions including Director of Clinical Services at Opal Healthcare and Acting Chief Clinical Information Officer at the Australian Digital Health Agency. Lucy's expertise encompasses patient experience, consumer engagement, and strategic health planning, demonstrated through leadership roles at NSW Health and the NSW Agency for Clinical Innovation. Prior experience includes project management at St Vincent's Health Australia and UPMC, as well as clinical nursing roles at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.
