Carlos Aguila

Carlos Aguila serves as the Director General de Educación Básica y Educación Media Superior at UPAEP since June 2009, overseeing a network of seven K12 schools with 1,500 students and driving significant growth in enrollment and financial contributions over the past four years. Previously, Carlos held roles such as Secretario de Rectoría, where responsibilities included coordinating the university's executive network and implementing strategic initiatives, and founding Director of Prepa UPAEP Cholula. Earlier career experiences include serving as Director General at Consejo Coordinador Empresarial de Puebla, where focus was on public policy advocacy, and as a Commercial Director at Monitor Estratégico. Carlos's educational background includes a Doctor of Education from City University of Seattle, an MBA from Universidad de las Américas Puebla, and a degree in Computational Systems Engineering from the same institution.
