Riccardo Colasanti

Riccardo Colasanti serves as the Dean of Ciencias Humanas y Sociales at UPAEP since July 2022, while also holding the position of Professor in Humanities. In addition, Riccardo Colasanti has been a Board Director for the Health Poverty Lab at the Rielo Institute for Integral Development since 2010 and worked as a Researcher at Fondazione Idente di Studi e di Ricerca from May 2022 to August 2023. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at Hospital UTPL from 2012 to May 2022, speaking at TEDx UTPL in November 2017, and working as an Adjunct Professor at St. John's University from 2007 to 2014. Early career roles included positions as General Secretary and Treasurer at Caritas diocesana di Roma from 2003 to 2009 and as Director of the Medical Center for Migrants at Caritas-Rielo Health Care for Migrants from 1982 to 1992. Riccardo Colasanti holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Sapienza Università di Roma and attended Liceo Augusto.
