Jaco Folscher serves as the President of UPAY Inc since 2015 and has held the position of Chief Executive Officer at ACPAS Loan Management Software since January 2009. In addition to these roles, Jaco has also been the Director of Operations. Jaco obtained education from Vryheid High School.
