Having worked with social entrepreneurs across sectors over the last few years, Rachna believes that an entrepreneurial approach to solving social problems can lead to self-sustainable solutions and greater impact in the long run.
In her previous role at UnLtd India, Rachna worked with early stage social entrepreneurs to coach & build capacity across functional areas. Her focus was to work with them in testing and building the fundamental blocks of their business/program and impact models. She was also managing the cohort selection process and played a key role in implementing program aspects such as workshops and other engagements for the cohorts.
Prior to UnLtd India, she worked with a boutique consulting firm in the retail lending (such as with NBFCs, HFCs) and the Credit Bureau space, on projects that included credit process & policy review, developing business strategies, plans and research. She has also worked on research and program review assignments with the IFC on credit reporting systems in different geographies.
