Chris Spott

Chris Spott serves as the Principal Project Manager for Strategic Initiatives at Upbound Group since 2022, leading multi-year projects aligned with key business priorities and collaborating with senior leadership on project business cases. Prior to this role, Chris accumulated extensive experience at LRN from 2008 to 2022, progressing through various positions including Product Manager, Operations Manager, Project Manager, Studio Manager for Media Production, and Media Developer. Responsibilities included managing the development of numerous training programs, implementing Agile practices, and overseeing the creation of custom training solutions, alongside directing extensive voice-over sessions for e-learning courses. Chris holds a degree in Audio Technology from SAE Institute.
