Jennifer Phong

Jennifer Phong has extensive experience in inventory planning and data analytics, currently serving as Senior Manager at Upbound Group since October 2022, after previously holding the position of Manager in the same field. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Sally Beauty from 2020 to 2022 as a Buyer, overseeing styling tools, clippers/trimmers, brushes/combs, and hair extensions. Jennifer's career also includes significant roles at The Michaels Companies, Inc. from 2011 to 2020 as Product Manager and Category Manager, and at Zale Jewelers from 1999 to 2011, where responsibilities included Buyer, Merchandise Planner, and Assistant Buyer for various brands. Jennifer holds a degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
