Lem Diaz

Lem Diaz is currently the Head of People at Upbound, a position Lem has held since November 2020. Prior to this role, Lem worked as a Talent Partner at GV (Google Ventures) from August 2011 to November 2020, where Lem focused on scaling talent operations and teams for mid to later stage startups. With a background in electrical engineering from Santa Clara University, Lem has also held various roles in recruiting and staffing at companies such as Google, Ning, PayPal, and TEKsystems. During a sabbatical break in 2009, Lem took time to travel the world before returning to their career in recruiting and talent management.
