Lem Diaz

Head of People at Upbound

Lem Diaz is the current Head of People at Upbound. Prior to this, Lem Diaz worked at GV (Google Ventures) from August 2011 to November 2020 as a Talent Partner. In this role, Lem was responsible for helping portfolio companies hire their first five employees and teaching them to hire their next 50+. Lem also hired VP’s across most product engineering and people related functions during their time at GV.

Lem Diaz studied electrical engineering at Santa Clara University. Lem has worked in the field of electrical engineering for many years.
