Erika Noriega

Erika Noriega is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in social services and quality control. Currently serving as Quality Control Director and Area Director at Upbring since May 2019, Erika previously held the role of Director of Social Services at The Bair Foundation from September 2017 to May 2019. Prior to that, Erika was the Lead Adoptions Coordinator at BCFS Health & Human Services from June 2010 to August 2017, where a strong commitment to fostering positive relationships between children, families, and agency stakeholders was demonstrated. Erika holds a Master of Science in Human Services from Lubbock Christian University and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from St. Mary's University.
