Todd Medina currently serves as Senior Manager of People Operations at Upbring, focusing on Employee Relations, Performance Management, Culture & Engagement, and HR Systems/Analytics to enhance the employee experience. Prior to this role, Todd was an HR Business Partner and Talent Advisor at Pearson North America, providing strategic guidance for the K12 and Clinical Assessments divisions. Additional experience includes serving as a Regional Recruiter at Product Action International, where talent sourcing for the automotive industry was a primary focus, and as a Guest Service & FOH Training Manager at Brinker International, ensuring exceptional dining experiences through staff training and customer resolution. Early career experience includes managing customer service operations at HEB, overseeing high-volume store operations. Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology of Organizations and Development from the University of the Incarnate Word.
