Natalia Szepelowska

Natalia Szepelowska has worked in the field of People Operations since 2012. Natalia began their career at PGB Human Resources as a Recruitment Lead, Recruitment Consultant, and Recruitment Assistant from 2012-2016. Natalia then moved to Make my mind in 2016 as Chief Of Operations. From 2013-2017, Natalia worked at IGD Consulting as a Branch Manager, Training specialist, and Recruitment & trianing specialist. Finally, they have been at Terminal since 2022 as a Senior People Operations Manager.

Natalia Szepelowska completed a Postgraduate Degree from Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Poznaniu in HR Business Partner from 2020 to 2021. Natalia obtained a Master's degree in Psychology from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu from 2007 to 2012, and a Master's degree in Cognitive Science from the same institution from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, they have a Diploma of the International Baccalaureate Organization from International Baccalaureate School No. 1349, which they obtained in June 2006.
