Elizabeth Cuccinello Esq.

Elizabeth Cuccinello Esq. is an experienced attorney and legal advisor with a robust background in corporate and technology law. Currently serving as an Advisory Council Member for UPchieve since October 2022, Elizabeth operates a private practice at Cuccinello Law, P.C., where the focus is on assisting startup and growth-stage companies, as well as supporting general counsel with project overflow work. Previous roles include General Counsel and SVP of Administration at House Party, Inc., and leadership positions in business development and legal affairs at various companies, including Customerforce and XML Global. A dedicated advocate for online child safety, Elizabeth has volunteered with WiredSafety since January 2002. Elizabeth holds a JD from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a BA in English/Psychology from Fordham University.
