Rachelle Mosquito has been working in the customer service industry since 2004. Rachelle began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Convergys, where they served as a customer services rep for the Sprint account and provided tech support for any phone issues. In 2011, Rachelle moved to Teleperformance as a Quality Assurance Specialist. Three years later, they were hired by Author Solutions, LLC as an Author Services Rep. In 2017, Rachelle was promoted to Operations Team Lead at Wayfair. Currently, they are employed as a Support Specialist at UpCounsel LLC.
Rachelle Mosquito obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of San Carlos between 2000 and 2004. In 2009, they obtained a Community Based Monitoring System (CBMS) Processing and Mapping certification from the DSWD-CARAGA Region XIII. In 2010, they obtained a Microsoft Access Advanced Database Banking Training certification from LMDA and a Supervisory Development Course certification from the Civil Service Commission-CARAGA Region XIII.
