Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at upcred.ai and cravo.ai, Smrithi focuses on leveraging influencer marketing and artificial intelligence to enhance business sales and marketing strategies. Additionally, Smrithi holds dual roles as Business Development Manager at Barter Campaign Hub and Logo Promotion Hub, where expertise in non-financial transactions and logo promotion aids brands in achieving their marketing goals. Previously, Smrithi led business development efforts at Stealth Mode, working on deep-tech services in India and Thailand.
